Gills mascot Tommy T steals the show at the Canterbury Academy Summer Fair
The holidays are fast approaching and Tommy T has been out and about enjoying the summer sunshine.This weekend Tommy but on his brand new Gills kit and joined GFC Community Coaches Brad Pay, Dean Grant and Nick Bearham at Canterbury High School to take part in the School Fair & Sports Day.
Throughout the day people of all ages stepped up to the penalty spot to challenge Tommy T’s famous goalkeeping skills and add a goal to their highlights from the day.
Tommy took it upon himself to visit all the stalls at the fair and tried his hoof at DJ’ing, gymnastics and dancing as he showed the students and visitors some dance moves on the stage.
Tommy made lots of new friends and also handed out leaflets for the upcoming Gillingham Soccer Schools which include a new venue in Canterbury, as well as Herne Bay.
