Gillingham’s fixture list for the 2013/14 League One campaign has been announced
Martin Allen’s League Two Champions will begin life in League One with a home match against Essex neighbours Colchester United at MEMS Priestfield Stadium on Saturday 3 August.
The first away fixture is a mouth-watering trip to relegated Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux on Saturday 10 August, while Wolves visit Priestfield for the return fixture on Saturday 4 January.
The Gills renew their rivalry with Swindon Town with a visit to the County Ground on Saturday 24 August, with the Robins travelling to Kent on Saturday January 18.
Other highlights include a home clash with Leyton Orient at Priestfield on Boxing Day, we host Sheffield United on Saturday 15 February, Coventry City on
Saturday 11 March and are also at home on the final game of the season to Shrewsbury Town on Saturday 3 May.
