Doug Loft (calf) and Cody McDonald (knee) remain big doubts for the game with Saturday’s fixture at Port Vale a more realistic comeback date.
Aaron Morris should be fine to play if required having picked up a knock on Saturday, however he may be rested as a precaution.
As for Argyle striker Deane Smalley continues to sit out with a long term knee injury.
