WATCH THE SHEFFIELD UNITED GAME FOR JUST £1

Kidz 4 A Quid returns for Sheffield United.

Celebrate the last weekend of the summer holidays by watching the Gills take on Sheffield United on Sunday in Sky Bet League One.

Children under the age of 12 can watch EFL football for just £1 when accompanied by one full paying adult, as part of the club's promotional matches for the current campaign.

Last season, Justin Edinburgh's team won 4-0 in the result of the opening Football League weekend, and, after a solid start to the 2016/17 season, the Gills will be looking for more of the same when the Blades come to Kent on Sunday.

You can watch the highlights of last season’s victory below:

The Gills have scored at least one goal in seven of the opening eight matches of the campaign, and with the game being shown live on Sky Sports, a goal-fest could well be on the cards this weekend.

Jay Emmanuel-Thomas has five goals in eight games, including a goal of the season contender against Shrewsbury last week [watch below], and the striker will look to continue his scoring form going into the match against the Blades.

There are also two special guests that will be making an appearance on the day, with more information to follow in the coming days.

Tickets can be purchased via the club’s online ticketing service (click here), by calling the customer service centre on (01634) 300000, or in person at the MEMS Priestfield Stadium’s megastore and ticket office.

Supporters are encouraged to book in advance for all home fixtures this season, as prices will increase by £2 on matchdays.
