Gillingham FC Community Trust, Independent School are currently recruiting.
The posts will be under the Gillingham FC Community Trust School umbrella and we are looking for dedicated, positive professional people to join our team starting as soon as possible.
We are looking for people, both qualified and non-qualified who have experience of working with students who are learning English as an Additional Language and/or experience of working with disengaged students, who present with challenging behaviours and who have additional educational needs.
Successful candidates are required to have excellent communication and organisational skills and be emotionally resilient with a willingness to work within an established team.
Candidates will also have a proven track record of raising standards, identifying and addressing barriers to learning and be hard working with a commitment to CPD and changes to legislation.

All posts carry a minimum age of 18 years plus and experience of working within an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
