Away fixture against the Lions moved to December 30.
Gillingham’s Sky Bet League One fixture away at Millwall will now take place on Friday, December 30 2016, one day earlier than previously scheduled.
Owing to the reduced public transport service operating in and around London on New Year’s Eve, plus the desire of many fans to spend this important occasion with their families, both clubs have decided it best to move the match to the previous day.
The game will now kick-off at 7.45pm.
Gillingham travelled to the Den in a festive fixture last season, and convincingly beat Millwall 3-0 thanks to goals from Bradley Dack and Dominic Samuel (x2).
Tickets are not yet available for this match, but more information will be online in the coming weeks.
