Former Swindon midfielder joins Worthing until December 23.
Jesse Starkey has signed for Worthing on a one-month loan deal.
The 22-year-old, who joined Gillingham in September on a short-term contract until January, has only made one appearance for the club since he signed, that coming as a second half substitute in the 0-0 draw against Scunthorpe United at Priestfield.
The former Swindon and Brighton player, who also scored for the Gills in the Kent Senior Cup win over Pheonix, is eligible for Worthing until December 23. The club are currently bottom of the Bostik Premier League, five points adrift of nearest side Harlow Town.
He could make his debut against Harrow Borough at home on Saturday November 25.
