Loan deal extended for Ogilvie.
Connor Ogilvie has agreed to stay on loan at Gillingham for the rest of the season.
The 21-year-old joined the club from Tottenham Hotspur during the summer and has, to date, made 32 appearances for the Kent side. The initial deal was until the end of January but the defender will now stay at MEMS Priestfield Stadium until May.
Ogilvie progressed through the youth system at White Hart Lane and enjoyed two loan spells with Stevenage prior to joining the Gills. He has represented England at both U16 and U17 levels.
On completing the deal manager Steve Lovell said: “I’m really pleased Connor has agreed to stay until the end of the season. The chance of retaining him was always there but it’s nice to have it confirmed.
“He has worked extremely hard during his time here and it will ensure competition for places in defence remains strong.”
