Gills midfielder signs new deal.
The club can confirm that Darren Oldaker has signed a new contract which will keep him at Priestfield for a further 12 months.
The attacking midfielder featured eight times for the Gills last season, scoring twice in an entertaining 7-5 win over Reading’s U21 side at Priestfield in November 2017.
Darren came off the bench in Gills 2-1 win at Charlton on New Year’s Day, before joining Hythe Town on loan where he was very impressive, scoring five goals in total during a three-month spell.
DJ will be in action this coming Saturday against Sheppey or Folkestone.
