Gills go live with season tickets

A new ticketing system has been implemented ahead of the new season, and fans have moved quickly to snap up their seats.

The Football Club has gone live with its season tickets ahead of the 2021/22 Sky Bet League 1 season.

Staff behind the scenes at MEMS Priestfield Stadium have worked tirelessly all week, alongside personnel at SecuTix, to ensure tickets were on sale ahead of the club's first team pre-season friendly against Welling.

These went on sale at 10am on July 9 and, although there were some technical glitches, in the main, the system has performed well during its first day of sales with a number of blocks around the stadium close to selling out.

We appreciate some fans had issues in resetting their password on the new platform and our team will work hard to reply to the several emails we received. If you were one of these supporters, we apologise for the delay in returning your messages, but we will endeavour to do so on Monday.

Pre-season ticket details will be available in due course.

For the 2021/22 season the club goes fully digital, and cashless. As a result, supporters will have etickets in which to gain access to the ground (via mobile phone, card, or print at home options).

Although we would encourage fans to purchase online, staff will be on hand via telephone to sell tickets (admin and service fees may apply).

We thank all supporters for their patience during this period. We appreciate your co-operation as our staff adapt to the new platform.
