Away fixture for Gills on the opening day.
Gillingham will play AFC Wimbledon at Plough Lane on the opening day of the 2022/23 Sky Bet League 2 season.
The fixtures were released at 9am on June 23 with Gills facing away games on both the opening day and the closing day of the campaign. Neil Harris’ men will head to Salford City on Saturday May 6.
The club’s first home game of the season will be against Rochdale on Saturday August 6 (3pm).
On Boxing Day, Colchester United will visit MEMS Priestfield Stadium with the Gills away on the opening day of 2023, making the trip up the A1 to take on Stevenage.
Doncaster Rovers visit ME7 on Good Friday, with Sixfields the destination on Easter Monday with Gills heading to Northampton Town.
