A pre-season fixture at Folkestone has been confirmed.
Gillingham will play Folkestone Invicta in a pre-season friendly at the BuildKent Stadium on Saturday July 2 (3pm).
Neil Harris, and the management team at Priestfield, are hard at work preparing the club ahead of the 2022/23 season and Folkestone is the first friendly to be arranged.
Folkestone are managed by Neil Cugley, who has been at the helm at Cheriton Road since 1997. His assistant is Roland Edge who was part of the Gills team that won the 2000 second division play-off final against Wigan at Wembley.
The new league season begins on Saturday July 30.
