The Football Club requires an experienced Coach used to working in an Academy environment to assist the development of the Academy coaches at Gillingham.
The successful candidate will also need to commit to a programme of self-development that will involve the Elite Head of Coaching course. Candidates must have the `UEFA A` Licence and have or be prepared to take the Advanced Youth Award. The Job description can be viewed below.
