The Football Club is currently looking for dedicated and experienced Kiosk Supervisors to join our matchday catering team. 

Supervisors are responsible for their respective kiosk team on matchdays, ensuring food and drinks are sold quickly and efficiently while also maintaining excellent customer service and overall cleanliness. 

 

Position Overview: 

The Supervisor  is responsible for overseeing matchday operations within the kiosks, ensuring a high level of customer service, staff performance, and smooth workflow. This position involves managing a team of kiosk staff, resolving customer enquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The supervisor will act as a key liaison between management and the kiosk team, ensuring that business objectives are met. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Staff Supervision & Leadership: 
  • Oversee and supervise matchday operations of kiosk staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. 
  • Provide guidance and support to kiosk employees, ensuring they understand policies, procedures, and customer service expectations. 
  • Adopt a positive and motivating work environment to maintain high team morale. 
  • Customer Service: 
  • Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at the kiosk and addressing customer enquiries or complaints. 
  • Handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Monitor customer interactions and provide corrective feedback to staff when necessary. 
  • Operations Management: 
  • Oversee stock control, ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed. 
  • Ensure the kiosk is clean, organized, and fully operational, including the proper functioning of equipment. 
  • Implement and maintain health and safety standards, including security protocols. 

 

Experience & Skills: 

  • Experience: 
  • Experience in retail or customer service. 
  • Experience managing a small team or kiosk environment is desirable. 
  • Extensive experience working in a catering environment 

     

  • Skills: 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent customer service and social skills. 
  • Ability to manage and resolve issues effectively. 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 
  • Basic computer skills.

Working Commitments:
