We bring you the team news, manager comments and latest odds ahead of Saturday's league game against Leyton Orient

GILLINGHAM V LEYTON ORIENT
Sky Bet League One
MEMS Priestfield Stadium
Saturday November 15
Kick-Off, 3pm

Team News:

Peter Taylor will be without left back Joe Martin for the visit of Orient. The defender was sent off in Tuesday’s win over Crawley and so will serve a three match ban.

Adam Chicksen therefore, having signed on loan from Brighton on Friday morning, could fill in.

Cody McDonald will return to the match squad after being rested midweek, with Taylor hinting Amine Linganzi could also be named in the 18 following a hamstring problem.

Aaron Morris (hamstring) remains out of action, with Callum Davies’ condition still being assessed.

As for Orient, they will be without winger Jobi McAnuff who is away on international duty with Jamaica.

Loanee Jack Price could return after an ankle problem while Elliott Omozusi and Jay Simpson will be assessed up until the last moment.

Darius Henderson (foot) could miss out along with fellow striker David Mooney (ankle) and midfielders Romain Vincelot (knee) and Lloyd James (broken leg) who will definitely not be fit.

The O's are still awaiting international clearance for former Napoli and Liverpool left-back Andrea Dossena.

Manager Comments:

Peter Taylor – “It will be a competitive squad to take on a big game for us, Orient are going through a bit of a change because of Russell Slade going but I’m sure they will still be a strong team to play against but hopefully we can go and win the match.”

Mauro Milanese – “They will want to get three points; they are in the bottom four at the moment so it’s a big chance for them. We need to focus on this, the next two games are important for us and we can prepare better after the result against Northampton.”
