Henry Woods has been nominated for the LFE December Goal of the Month award.
The forward recently signed a first year professional contract at Priestfield alongside both Ryan Huckle and Jack Tucker.
Woods scored against Dagenham on December 2 with a fantastic effort from 20 yards which was perfectly plated into the top right hand corner.
Matt Mayes (Portsmouth), Caolan Boyd-Munce (Birmingham City) and Ellis Chapman (Lincoln City) have been the three previous winners during the 2017-18 season so far, booking their place in the Goal of the Season reckoning.
The latest instalment includes spectacular FA Youth Cup strikes from Jordan Doherty (Sheffield United) and Tommy Hope (Milton Keynes Dons), while Bristol Rovers team-mates Lucas Tomlinson and Tom Mehew lock horns for the prize.
Elsewhere Jason Knight (Derby County) and Tylor Golden (Wigan Athletic) produced terrific hits from distance to earn their place on the shortlist.
