Sunderland fixture date changed.
The date for Gillingham’s Sky Bet League 1 fixture against Sunderland, originally scheduled for Tuesday August 21 at the Medway Priestfield Stadium, has been changed.
The match will now take place on Wednesday August 22, kick-off at 7.45pm.
This is due to Sunderland’s Carabao Cup tie against Sheffield Wednesday being moved to Thursday August 16 for live television coverage, resulting in their league game against Scunthorpe being moved to the Sunday.
